FacilitiesThe staff of the Mamawetan Churchill River Health Region work out of a number of facilities in the various communities in the region. CreightonThe Creighton Health Centre is located in the Provincial Building at 298 - 1st Avenue East in Creighton. Phone: 306-688-8620. Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays. Closed between 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. Mental Health services are based at the Health Centre, along with Public Health and Home Care Services, which are also provided in the community. Wellness Clinics are held at the Heritage Manor in Creighton, and the New Horizons Building and the Amisk Lake Church in Denare Beach. Dental Services are provided at the Creighton Community School. Addictions and Mental Health Services, along with Public Health, Dental, Health Education, Health Promotion, and Telehealth Services, are based in offices on the upper level of the Health Centre. Administrative offices including that of the Chief Executive Officer, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems and Communications are located there, as well. The upper level of the Health Centre is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays. The lower level of the Health Centre houses the Acute Care (Hospital), Emergency, Outpatients, Laboratory, X-Ray and Ultrasound, Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Detox, Long Term Care (Nikinan) and Home Care Services. The offices of the Quality of Care Coordinator and Employee and Patient Safety Coordinator are also located on the lower level. Support Services including kitchen, housekeeping and maintenance staff are based there, as well. Access to the lower level is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Emergency Entrance. Between, 8:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. please ring the buzzer for assistance. Please respect the parking signage. In addition to the Health Centre, staff in La Ronge work out of a number of other facilities. A Primary Care Nurse is located at the La Ronge Medical Clinic on La Ronge Avenue. The Project Hope Youth Addictions Service is based in the Kikinahk Friendship Centre on Boardman Avenue. In addition to the clinic at the La Ronge Health Centre, Dental Services are provided in clinics at Pre Cam Community School in La Ronge and Gordon Denny Community School in Air Ronge. The Population Health Unit which provides service to the three northern health authorities is located in the Lac La Ronge Indian Band Office Building on La Ronge Avenue. Pinehouse

Addictions and Mental Health Services are provided at the Sandy Bay Outpatient Centre adjacent to the Health Centre. Dental Services are provided in Hector Thiboutot Community School. WeyakwinThe Weyakwin Health Centre is co-located with the offices of Saskatchewan Environment in Weyakwin. Phone: 306-663-6100. Public Health, Dental and Home Care Services are all based out of this facility. Staff have varying schedules. Please call ahead to ensure the centre is open.
